One of the nicest gyms I've been a member of - the staff are lovely and the gym is well equipped and the classes are great. Special shout out to Amy who runs the spin classes who's absolutely brilliant.

One of the best gyms around. Great facilities and equipment. Friendly staff and prices you can't beat. Been my go-to for the past 3 years now and couldn't recommend it more.

Such a lovely friendly gym. It has everything you need and the staff are amazing! They always make you feel super welcome and are always on hand if you have any questions. Always clean and tidy and such good value. The ladies only room is also a huge bonus!

The Staff are bullies. This used to be such an amazing place. I basically grew up there during my time in college and secondary school. It did wonders for my mental health. Sadly, this is no longer the case. The staff are rude and intimidating, one even was aggressive with my 16 year old younger brother. He has always struggled with his mental health and after this traumatic incident, he no longer feels comfortable exercising at Workout Gym. Workout claims to be an inclusive and safe space, and boasts about its commitment to mental wellbeing through their "Changes" Program. This is obviously a pr stunt as this could not be further from the truth. They have hurt his mental health, not helped it. The staff are bullies. Go elsewhere - even it costs more. Edit : I have since been informed that the incident occured with an external contractor (Personal trainer) who pays rent to use workout gyms facilities. I have been assured that this will never happen again and Craig has been very helpful in trying to amend this. I will leave this review here as a reminder that Workout Gym must hold all contractors to the same standard they expect of their staff. And address any future incidents with the upmost scrutiny.
