Having been a member for over a year and a half Ive to say its not worth a penny, the staff at reception its very rude and abusive unless its to collect money. Never again. Edit: so 11 months to respond. Have you change anything that may change my opinion? I dont think so. I am happy with my actual gym

Incredibly disappointed with the customer service. Called to enquire about joining the gym at 10am. They answered then hung up straight away. Called back 15 mins later, they did the same. Called back at 1pm, after a long ring, they hung up again. As annoyed as I was, I called straight back and a guy finally picked up sounding incredibly annoyed. Asked him about the services and swimming facilities in the gym and received blunt answers and incredibly long pauses between my questions. Why would you hire people that aren't trained in customer service? If you employ trainers to work in the gym, why would you make them in charge of answering phones if all they do is hang up the phone? Makes no sense to me. It's a real shame because the pictures of the gym look good, but I won't pay all this money just to be treated like this. Hire people that have experience facing customers.
