        Worst experience I have faced. The staffs are not trained well in the office. Apparently at some point they even did not answer the calls right after the phone line got cut. The so called manager only comes 2 or 3 days to the gym. I had a dispute recently, regarding an extra payment which went through after my contract had finished. I have been chasing them for 20 days now. Its like a ball passing game, one blames the other. Manager is very rude and very unprofessional. I gave my number numerous times to the staff members for the manager to contact back but not a single call from him. He signs off his emails and underneath puts his mobile number but its a fake one. ANYTIME Fitness, a reputed gym name with high standards having incompetent people working really upsets many people and I'm one of them. You are not giving a free service, we are paying you so its utterly your duty to look into the issues and resolve it rather than neglecting it. I will never use this Gym or any ANYTIME Fitness in future. Highly disappointed.
