Ive been going since October 21. I wanted to improve my fitness and have the ability to defend myself if the worse were to happen. The group is full of different abilities and is very welcoming. I started off with zero experience and since then I feel I have much better confidence in defending myself and my fitness has improved significantly. If youre looking to do Krav Maga then join either this group or the Bristol Krav Maga (KMG) Horfield group as they are both run by Kelly Alderson.

An amazing way to get fitter, stronger and learn a valuable life skill! The club is welcoming and supportive while pushing you to achieve your full potential. I would recommend this to anyone!

One of the reasons I started Krav at KMG Bristol was because I wanted to push my body and mind past normal gym and fitness training. Similarly, as a young woman, I wanted to be properly educated on how to deal with unpleasant situations if I were to be by myself either in a bar or on a street. I have been training with Kelly, Matt and Sarah for 8 months now and I could not recommend KMG Bristol enough. Not only am I stronger, and fitter but I also feel more resilient to many situations. After every training session I go home feeling powerful, sweaty and confident in my body and mind (plus you also feel like a badass for learning how to take people down and who wouldn't want to know how to do that?!). There is a great social element to the club too, everyone is friendly and supportive and it is a great way to open up social circles. Long story short, anyone who is intrigued in starting Krav - do it! You won't regret it :)
