Fit Body Bristol

I joined before Christmas and everyone is so friendly and welcoming, the trainers are very professional and helpful, it's a great place to work out and and the classes are always lots of fun, never thought I'd actually enjoy going to the gym but love it there.

I started my 6 week course at the beginning of April and have thoroughly enjoyed all the sessions. The sessions were challenging at first as my body wasnt used to the amount of fitness I was doing but the team are so supportive and are always there to help and give alternatives. This company is inclusive to every person and they make you feel very welcome and share the joy in your achievements. The sessions are always varied in intensity which is great. I previously used to go to the gym and I didnt like the feeling of people staring, not 100% knowing how to use the equipment, no motivation. Joining fit body has made me realise how enjoyable getting fit can be and its even better that youre in it as a team. The community is amazing and they do social walks which are organised through their Facebook page ( I havent been on any yet but I will be). After my 3rd week I signed up to continue with my fitness journey and I wouldnt be feeling this positive and motivated about getting fit if it wasnt for the amazing coaches. Thank you

I've been going to Fit Body Bristol for the last month and Im almost done with my 6 week challenge. So far, it's been an amazing experience. The trainers and other gym goers are super friendly, the atmosphere is positive and inviting and the workouts are always challenging yet achievable and really effective. I was genuinely surprised by how much I looked forward to going to the sessions after just the first week and I have more energy than ever! If you're looking for a supportive fitness community, then Fit Body Bristol is definitely for you!

I've just finished my 6-week training with FBB and have signed up for another year as I enjoyed the sessions a lot! Everyone has been so welcoming and friendly - something which you don't usually get in a normal gym. I love that every session is different and I can already see a lot of progress in terms of my strength and overall fitness. Thank you FBB - three months ago I was a lil couch potato and now I'm actually addicted to exercising
