I would recommend Hyre to anyone at any level! If you're a beginner, you'll be fully supported by coaches on learning techniques and progressing, and the other members will make you feel completely welcome and at ease. If you're already into weight training, you'll be challenged at your level and will see amazing progression in your stamina and strength. I've been training consistently at Hyre for a long time now and always enjoy heading in for a session, knowing there will be plenty of variety in the workouts and lots of friendly faces to see. If you're looking for a great gym in Bristol with a fantastic community of people, Hyre is the one I'd most recommend.

Exactly matches what I expect from a gym. It's fun at every session and feels like a team workout. The sports classes are varied and the coaches are great ! Hyre

Been going here pretty much since it opened, so over 2 years now. No matter where I am in my fitness journey and even if I take time off, I always keep coming back. It's great to go to a gym that's welcoming, no matter your level of fitness and that constantly encourages you to get better. It's also great to have the workouts planned for you, kept refreshing and clearly explained, with coaches that are attentive, correct your form and push you to do your best. The mindfulness aspect, the 1:1 check-ins and the nutrition talks are also a great addition beyond a gym session. I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for somewhere to push further than your expectations of yourself, whilst making friends and having fun (plus there's a dog)!
