        This is 100% the best and most professional crosfit center in Bristol. Strongly recommend. Good staff, all kind and friendly. They have a booking system as well, pretty much straight forward however if you book, and do not go have to pay five pounds. This helps to commit I would say. Valesco is part of my Bristolian experience now.

        The most inclusive gym I've been to! Everyone's friendly and encouraging, no matter what level of fitness you enter the room with. You're pushed out of your comfort zone but you're supported throughout. Don't hesitate to join a class - you won't regret it!
