Two years ago when I found FP and got in contact with Bobby Filer that was one of the best choices I made in my life! After many years of wrestling I had injuries which led to a knee surgery. I thought it would get better after but I felt pain in my knee an some other parts of my body so I decided I had to do something about it since I was still young and didnt want to carry on like this! First I wasnt sure about FP but after the first session with Bobby I knew thats what my body needs to be able to live pain free. Since than all my pains have gone but thats not all the benefits that I have experienced. I am sleeping a lot better , I dont get stressed as before , my body feels lighter and regeneration is a lot quicker but there is more benefits that come with FP! Bobby supported throughout and helped me a lot but I know this is not the end of the journey there are still a lot of things I need to work on but I really love this journey!

I've been training with Bobby for around 2 years and I have only good things to say. Bobby is reliable, punctual and he applies his knowledge of biomechanics and functional patterns concepts in very clear and easy-to-understand way. All while leading by example and sharing his passion for self-improvement.

I have been seeing Bobby for a few times and his knowledge of the human body and the biomechanics blew my mind. I went with lots of niggles and issues and seen many practitioners. i practised Functional Patterns with him and at home and it has really helped my performance with my running to progress to a better level pain-free. I will be doing the 10 week FP course.
