Hi I have been using their gps units for a couple years and their customer service is amazing. Always respond back to any questions I have immediately. And the gps tracker works great here in the US. I would highly recommend reaching out to Wael, he has helped me many many times over the years.

Was excited to find a wireless tracking device with a 3 year life ... however all 5 of the devices we ordered failed to connect and report their location. The tech support suggested some custom settings to try, but still to no avail. Now left with 5 useless items because they refuse to take any returns!

Unfortunately, the first tracker I received was faulty. However, their support responded to my email very fast and got me a replacement within a few days, and they even covered the import fees for the replacement! Replacement tracker is performing well so far, and their app is great. I love the amount of advanced options I can play with to customize the tracker.
