        Had to take my son to his first appointment at the job center, was dreading it especially after reading some of the other reviews, was seen to by two lovely ladies Margaret and Donna. His case was more complicated than most but they were pretty patient and helpful towards him and myself too. Guess it must depend on who sees you and what kind of person they are

        It depends who you are assigned to it seems. I'm leaving a 1 star review as Avril did as much as she could to make my life as hard as possible - and I was looking for work, getting interviews etc. On the weeks I had to attend that she wasn't there and I saw someone else? Completely different experience. 3/4 star rating for other job "coaches" I spoke to. 1 star for Avril.
