        Nightmare to contact. No replies through the app, digital assistant is useless and the phone lines are too busy so they cut you off.

        Sent in my P45 because i was on emergency tax and they still are overcharging me. Useless automated phone service that never answers and cuts you off !!!!!

        Difficult to get hold of, but after multiple failed calls and a final 45 minute wait the guy who answered was very helpful and sorted out my wrong tax code and any tax refund I'm due
