after dealing with the local corrupt council and this being my second appeal the inspector is not coming he is on strike. In the same week of the clown boris at party gate enquiry i get an email from them. This is another bent link in the chain that as citizens we have to put up with running from local government to central government. This is all pretend that you actually have an appeal, your inspector is just another link in the chain another planner badged as an independent appeals inspector. I wonder why any of us sheep put up with this nonsense charade no wonder people leave Britain and live of grid away from this corrupt society we festoon in!

Why do we need this planning inspectorate? Waste of ratepayers money! Plans rejected by local council and parish council. Builder goes to appeal, inspector form Bristol who knows nothing about the area, turns up in the middle of covid and passes the plan, which were objected to by 95% of neighbours and not in keeping with street scene or village plan. Now, after 3 years, the construction company are building what they like and not following the plan which was given approval. Seems we can all just do as we like.

I just had a short conversation with someone named Chris after waiting for approximately ten minutes to get connected. Chris was competent and able to respond to my enquiries or at the very least point me towards the right direction. Reading the reviews on here made me a little anxious, so I might have just been lucky!

The LPA case officer that refused your application and quoted policy is just what you get at appeal. Most of the appeal inspectors are ex planners many going backwards and forwards from the private and public sectors. Some are even consultants.
