    Just wonderful customer service when getting my jewellery valued ... helpful, friendly and patient. Went over and above for me when I thought I'd lost some of the pieces recently too. Very responsive and thoughtful. Will definitely use again.

    Cannot recommend enough! I had only had my engagement ring 5 months (which was purchased elsewhere) when one of the side stones on the band fell out, and the main stone was getting increasingly looser. I also needed the band resizing as it was too big. I took the ring in to Nicholas Wylde, who informed me that along with the issues I was already aware of, the other side stones were also loose due to the way they were set, and there was a crack in the band under the main stone that they could see with the magnifying glass. Myself and my partner were both obviously disheartened at this as the ring was still practically new. The staff were more than happy to help, but first recommend that we get back in contact with the original seller to see if it could be fixed by them. We were consistently ignored by the original seller, and after this were reluctant to give it back to them anyway. The following week, I took my ring back in to Nicholas Wylde who immediately talked me through all my options to get the ring fixed, provided me with a quote and reassured me that they could fix all the issues and make my ring perfect again. In total, I need a whole new band, all the side stones reset including a replacement for the one that was lost, the main stone tightened, and the band resized. Not a week later, I received a call to say my ring was ready for collection, and I cannot express how much they lived up to their word! My ring is even more beautiful than it was originally, but still looks like my ring. I'm so happy it was in safe hands. All the staff are wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Nicholas Wylde in the future. I cannot recommend them enough and I will forever be thankful to them for handling my situation so well. (I've attached photos below of my original ring, the ring just before I took it in to be fixed, and my ring once it had been fixed.)

    I went in to see if I could get my signet ring resized, I have been putting it off for years as I thought it would be a massive hassle. I was seen by the lovely Grace, she was so helpful and gave me advice when I was choosing the best size. It took less than a week to be resized and came back looking good as new. Would highly recommended!

    When looking for an engagement ring proposing to my partner, I looked for a proper old-fashioned jeweller. One with experience, attention to detail, a real professional and helpful service and last but not least astounding quality jewellery. While Jewellers gave exactly that. I got an original ring for the proposal and organised a session to bespoke order the exact design afterwards with my partner. We selected a bespoke design incorporating their copyrighted petal stone mount and selected a sapphire for the centre. The ring took under five weeks to create and we couldn't be happier with it. Thanks to the staff, particularly Rachel who took care of us. We will most likely be back for wedding rings. Thank you!

    Came in Friday looking for a ring, shop assistant seemed a bit I'll and sniffly, no warning, no mask. Felt uncomfortable so tried to get the information I needed quick and leave, she was new so brought the proprietor out to talk to me who was clearly very sick, could barely talk and was coughing throughout the conversation, again no warning and no mask. As an immuno-comprimised person this has left me with extreme anxiety whilst I wait up to 2 weeks to see if I'm going to get ill. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour whilst we're still in a pandemic. I tried to wrap up the conversation so I could leave multiple times but the salesman in him would not take the hint.
