I am shocked and disgusted by the way I have been treated by the receptionist Faye this morning. May I suggest that she reconsiders her carer options, after the way she spoke to me (after I told her that I was experiencing a lot of pain), I think she would be better suited to working in a prison not a GP practitioner where she has regular contact with vulnerable and unwell people. I will be raising a formal complaint about this issue as this isn't the first time that I have experienced unhelpful, inpatient, unprofessional, and rude staff at this GP surgery. I highly recommend that others also complain if they have had similar experiences.

I like doctors there always helpful and investigate thoroughly your health issue but some receptionists aren't friendly and sadly rude at times ,especially when hearing foreign accent and pretending not understanding what's being said to them .
