Greenway Community Practice

The doctors are fantastic. Always super polite, friendly and efficient. They never rush you and are always accommodating. The reception staff, though they can have an incredibly vile attitude towards people and they have 0 patience - witnessed firsthand when my mother called about making an appointment due to a persisting cough and got immediately shut down and told no to an appointment for then my mother having to lie about the reason for an appointment to be seen, to THEN be seen by Dr. Grimshaw who immediately sent her for a scan. The receptionists act like they are the doctors on the phones and then are incredibly rude when you give them a reason for appointment that they dont deem acceptable. The reason for 4/5 is due to the fact Ive been with the practice for years, the doctors and nurses are lovely & you can actually be seen within a reasonable amount of time.

Only been here twice so far but nothing but good reviews. Friendly staff and can actually book an appointment to see a doctor within a reasonable time frame. Friendly accommodating receptionists. So glad I moved to this practice!
