        Very poor reception phone service. Lady on reception is rude and unhelpful, and outright lied when asked to provide the phone number for prescriptions (which I found when checking my call history, after the last time I had called). AskMyGP service is even worse. You feel like you're being ignored. Takes days/weeks for a reply. Actually shocking how bad you are treated by people who are supposedly looking out for your health
