        Terrible experience with this GP practise- particularly with whoever takes calls on reception. I was appalled by the hostility (and frankly unkindness) of the woman I spoke to. The GPs have only ever been lovely, but the receptionist I encountered today was truly nasty. Don't use this practise.

        I registered online and was officially registered with the practice the same day. The reception staff were extremely polite, kind and helpful and the doctor I spoke to on the phone was the same. I received an appointment the same day and the nurse who saw me was very helpful and kind. Overall a great experience for a uni student who has just moved to the city.

        Does not function. Youll be stuck on hold from 8:45 til 9:30 only to be told all appointments have gone and to try and again tomorrow. Rinse and repeat. Doesnt matter how urgent. The only time I have ever talked to a doctor is when 111 put me through as an emergency. Got a phone call 6 hours later from a doctor at the BSHS telling me they couldnt help me at all. How can they call this a health service?
