Excellent service from first call out until job finished. Austin arrived promptly and made no charge for first visit. He provided a quote for fitting a new boiler the following day as requested. He kept in touch before starting the job, and arrived early and worked hard throughout. Very pleased with his workmanship and would have no hesitation in recommending him. Well done Austin.

Some of our friends recommended Austin to us. We had him in to replace our broken combi boiler with a new system boiler and hot water cylinder. We got quotes off a load of plumbers, and out of all of them he was by far the easiest to talk to, and the most understanding of what we wanted to achieve. We were away when he did the work but he kept us updated, and then talked us through it when we got back. He did a great job for a reasonable price on a pretty random / ancient system, and was a delight throughout. Wed highly recommend him.

The ancient boiler in our new house failed unexpectedly during a very, cold weekend last November. My friend recommended Austin and he phoned me back straightaway, visited the next day and quoted for a top of the range Worcester Bosch boiler as requested. Despite it being a busy time for tradesmen/women, Austin was able to source all the parts required and fit the boiler a week later due to a change in his schedule. His quote was accurate, communication excellent and he was more efficient than he predicted when installing the boiler, taking 24 hours less than he predicted he would. I can't fault his service and professionalism. He has since advised my sister with her boiler/heating challenges and was again efficient and flexible. I would not hesitate in recommending Austin and am delighted to have found a reliable and trustworthy plumber.
