I can not recommend a more kind and compassionate company to give your loved ones the most beautiful, thoughtful and dignified send off. Massive thank you to Victoria, Mike, Jayne and Aaron for helping us through such a difficult time and being a light in the dark for us. Every single part of the service was exactly how our mum wouldve wanted at an affordable price. Victoria went above and beyond to help us and I honestly cannot thank her enough. Their service is impeccable and I couldnt recommend a company more to anyone. Thankyou so much again to the BCM team for being so welcoming to us we are forever grateful.

I cannot thank BCM enough for their kindness and compassion when we lost our Mum. From the very first telephone call, through to the funeral and collection of Mum's ashes, they were supportive and helpful. They guided us through the procedure of arranging a funeral and offered help and advice at every stage. Mum was presented to us in the chapel beautifully and we could take the time we needed with her to say goodbye. Thank you to Victoria, Jayne, Aaron and Mike for everything - you were wonderful

We have used BCM for both our beloved parents. I highly recommend BCM, who guided us through this tragic and vulnerable time in our lives. The care and organising skills are second to none and we seemed to glide through the arrangements. Nothing was to much trouble and a special thanks to the lovely Jayne and Mike who was a rock to us on the day explaining everything and guiding us through the service. Thanks to the team and a special thank you to Kat Hector the funeral celebrant, who listened to our stories about Dad and spoke a stunning eulogy on the day. I cannot praise BCM highly enough, have a chat with them, you will not regret it.
