Ordered a Christmas bouquet via the website to collect, upon collection I was a little disappointed with the flowers. I brought them home & emailed them to say how unhappy I was as in the past previous bouquets were a lot better. With it being the day before Christmas Eve & seeing how busy the shop was I didnt think I would get a swift response back, I was wrong within an hour I had a lovely reply back from Abi. She was more than happy for me to take them back the same day & replace them for another bouquet to my satisfaction, Abi & the team were very welcoming in helping me choose other flowers and it was no bother to them to sort out a new arrangement for me. Top quality customer service in one of their busiest times of year, thank you it was much appreciated. Merry Christmas & hope you enjoyed the chocolates.

Many thanks to the ladies at Edith Wilmot who provided a surprise posy and button holes for my friends wedding yesterday. The flowers were beyond expectation and the couple were delighted. Perfect!! You have two repeat customers now for sure. Service with a smile as well as a steer on parking and budget friendly. So appreciated. Thank you.
