I ordered flowers online to be delivered to my daughter. My daughter sent me a photograph of the flowers - I was very disappointed with size (medium) and amount of flowers for the money. I consequently had more flowers delivered from another florist which had more in the bouquet for the money. I telephoned the shop to state my disappointment. I should not have bothered.

Im posting on my behalf of my elderly Mum who ordered some flowers as a surprise for my birthday. When it was apparent no flowers had been delivered, she contacted the florists to be told they had no record of an order and that she should contact the bank. The bank confirmed payment had been taken. My Mum called back the florists to be told Lisa Elliott had gone home for the day. They even accused her of placing the order with a different florist as they run a tight ship and never forget an order! Bizarrely, some flowers were delivered to my address some time after the telephone call. Looking at the quality of the arrangement, I suspect this was done in haste. Disgraceful that nobody at the shop had the spine to admit a mistake had been made and tried to apportion blame to my Mum. My Mum has been left very upset by this as what was meant to be a birthday surprise has been tarnished by very poor customer service. We wont be using again.

Purchased a bouquet 30 of flowers for my wife, flowers only lasted 2/3days. Reported my disappointment to the shop. Was told I could have a replacement bouquet. On collecting said flowers, my wife received a very poor attitude, and an even worse replacement (bunch of Tulips) Would not return, or recommend, very disappointed!
