Edit: Being told by Bishopston fish bar that my honest review was "fake" and that I should be "ashamed" of myself was certainly a new one for me. Can't imagine any business owner being happy with their customers being treated in such a way. Disgraced. Bishopston fish bar USED to be my go-to local fish and chip shop. However recently, experienced such uncomfortable and condescending customer service which I am very unhappy with. Customers should not be rushed into decisions on what they eat, and then told they can't change their order. If you're in the area, I would recommend visiting Superstar Fish Bar, who treat their paying customers with respect and appreciation. If you're USP is your continued awards, they mean nothing if customers are made to feel that way.
