From the first email sent regarding the fire marshal training i received thorough information and had no delays in waiting for responses. Attendees felt the training was very informative and thorough. The presentation was very good and clear and the demonstration outside allowed all to participate. Excellent knowledge and service and would highly recommend.

As the Health & Safety Manager for Haberdashers' Monmouth Schools I asked 1st Attendance to undertake fire extinguisher training having read the positive reviews for the company. The feedback from the support staff who attended the session was very positive and commented on the professional presentation of the trainer. We will certainly use 1st Attendance for future sessions We have now used 1st Attendance on a number of occasions and the Academic staff who are not always the most forgiving have been very positive about the training sessions.
