        Amazing service. The office in particular were so helpful and courteous. I used to work in a similar industry and know how stressful it can be so cant be more gracious to both the office and the technician that attended my flat, making sure I was happy and my property was secure again. Even though I had never used them before they got someone out very quickly! If I ever need another alarm engineer, I know who I will be calling.

        After being ripped off by Chubb for a number of years, it was time for a change. Great to see Cannon Fire & Security take these necessities over and charge a fair price with good service. Thanks.

        Used to repair intercom as recommended by my letting agent. Work was carried out reasonably well although quote was not the cheapest. However I was outraged to then receive a further bill - a "call out" fee to quote for doing the work in the first place which they refused to waive. Outrageous way of doing business, never come across anything like it in many years of dealing with tradesmen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
