As a landlord I found that DPS were unhelpful and didn't deal with a claim effectively. I would recommend using an alternative service to any other landlords out there. I will be switching my deposits as soon as possible.

Quite good. Why, oh why, do they not allow Business Credit or Debit cards to pay for our tenant's deposit. It is a BUSINESS, so Business Cards should be acceptable. And so you pay by Bank Transfer, but, even after following the (simple) instructions, do we get an error message. It should be much more professional!
