Curtis Banks

8 months down the line and my daughter is still waiting to receive her deceased partners lump sum from his SSIP pension that he paid into for years. The delaying tactics are beyond despicable. As well as dealing with her grief at his loss she is dealing with a company that are using every tactic there is to delay paying out what is rightfully hers.

What a company, and they say they base them self on ethical principles? Well after I lost nearly 17k of my pension, to then only receive 9k of it back after legal action through the company Curtis took over, I was informed I had 180. Not much, but 180 at the end of the day, after much consideration from Curtis, they said there was nothing to pay back, because of the fee involved. You'd think after losing nearly 8k they would waiver this, but no!!! Well done Curtis Bank, very ethical business. My advice to anyone, is don't use this bank!!!!

Literally the worst organisation I have ever dealt with. What a shambles. They manage our SIPP but have failed to collect rent for over a year from our tenant despite her best efforts to get them to take it. They have no record of her being a tenant even though shes been a tenant for about 6 years. They have lost all the documentation and no one can find it. Thats only one of the many things thats gone wrong. How the FSA havent shut this place down is beyond me. Dont go anywhere near them!! Its a total car crash of an organisation.
