        Elliott Sharp was very proactive and on the ball would highly recommend the only thing that let him down was the funder we went with wasn't as proactive as they could be but I would still very much use Elliott and his team again.

        Unable to source finance for an acquisition others have with little difficulty doing. Only a handful of lenders were approached, most of which we do not meet the criteria for so a huge waste of time.

        Thomas Leng and Jack Seymour are unable to arrange any money for you. Just took a lot of commission form me and ghosted.

        Worse experience ever. Took retainer money every month for two years and could not arrange any finance for me. Always excuses. Jack is a scammer.
