        9 months and nothing. Asc confirmed everything was ok and funds should transfer 24-48 hours, took the fees only to say the lenders solicitors wants more documents / reports etc which my solicitor said would take months. Very Poor. Ruined plans and messed me up mentally.

        Mine was a particularly complicated property split and remortgage. Ian found a good deal but unfortunately the provider appointed an exceptionally pedantic solicitor. Nevertheless Ian diligently chased both the provider and myself to ensure the deal stayed on track. He definitely earned his commission and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
