Disappointing experience, poor service.

We had a mixed experience. We were with BCRM over a number of years and the communication and admin was very poor. There were often errors in the paperwork (in our treatment plan and even posting us a letter with a different patients name on it) although the finance team were very good at keeping on top of invoices! The Drs and nurses are mostly OK although some show more compassion and empathy than others. As per other reviews, they seem to rely on your chances of the treatment working rather than actually offering is insight or making proactive suggestions to help make a baby or get you the best result. We found complimentary therapists far more passionate and good to talk through the whole picture rather than just the medical process of ivf.

Me and my partner went to the open evening this month and it was absolutely amazing. I wanted to gain further advice and information around ivf and the treatment options they offer. I left the open evening feeling so happy and grateful about the experience. The work and effort the staff put into the open evening was amazing. Not only did we receive a highly informative presentation we got to have a tour around the facility and speak with one of the fertility specialists towards the end of the evening. It was very well organised and the staff at BCRM were incredible and so lovely. This makes us feel very trusting for my treatment options in the near future and we would definitely come to BCRM for our future treatment. Thank-you guys for such an amazing evening it really was everything that I needed to hear and put my mind at ease.

Me and my husband couldn't be happier with the love and support we received from everyone at the bcrm ,from doctor price, carrie and Taylor to name a few, everyone does there very best for you and more. With out them we wouldn't have our beautiful little girl. They are very caring, professional and supportive with every outcome.
