My dish was not edible it was crispy beef but was so tough and chewy that I couldnt eat it. It wouldnt even cut with a knife it was so solid. There was also more veg and sauce than meat. I called to complain and they basically said its how its supposed to be and they have been making it that way for years so there was nothing wrong it. I have had crispy beef from many Chinese takeaways and know that it is not supposed to be like that. Its one think to serve food of that poor quality but its another thing to not accept or acknowledge the issue and refuse to do anything about it. First and last time using this takeaway if this is how they run their business. The chef was actually shouting in the background in Chinese so I couldnt understand what he was saying but obviously cant take any negative feedback

Really surprised there's so many negative reviews, as the food was delicious and we have no complaints! Arrived within 20 mins, really hot still and very tasty. The mock meats are really good too! Vegetarian options: Really yummy veggie options.

Always a good takeaway - very quick, collection or delivery, good food and happy to make alterations to dishes.
