I have used these guys for 8-9 Years for our commercial gym. Much better value than running a service contract than the likes of Precor or Technogym etc... Honest team, always trying to help you save money for a repair where possible.

I was reluctant to contact them after reading the limited reviews available however they were the agent referred to me by Proform. I left a message and their engineer called me 10 min later and was able to diagnose my problem remotely. No charge, machine fixed in 30 seconds. Superb.

Awful service. Turned up late with wrong part and still demanding call out fee. The part they did turn up with was very cheap quality, do not use! The engineer also said they were an awful company to work for so avoid!!

Awful company. Made an enquiry for a repair, they sent out an engineer (who was late on two occasions, company didn't bother to mention it) for a call out, charged us 90 for him to say "its broken and needs repair". Yeah! Could have told you that. No response from company. Have reported to trading standards.

I was told the price would be 85 call out plus 32 for circuit board.when the engineer come to the house . He tried a console on my excercise bike that was the issue excellent all good.. 5 minutes later charged me 110.55p should not have charged me for a circuit board to which he did not fit to the bike or leave it with me. Happy days
