Responsive to email, had efficient systems for quoting, choosing a time, changing the time slot when needed and even a 30-minute notice message when Steve was on his way. Quick repair - had correct parts in the van - and talked me through what he'd done afterwards so I could fix it myself next time. If only all services were this efficient!
