Phoned Howard and Davies following my smoke alarm man no longer working due to personal matters,I tried for over a week and met some very underhanded people and spent a great deal of money. Then I came across Howard and Davies I called and talked to a very helpful and friendly lady called GEMMA she is a credit and the face of a very good company.From the start everything is upfront and I was kept up to date with a good professional service,from the written estimate to the invoice.I didnt meet the engineer but my brother did and he was also impressed with the service provided.I appreciate the level of service and no hidden charges. I highly recommend this company.I myself was a self employed heating engineer for around 30 years but due to serious health issues no longer work.I always offered a good service and thats what you get here.Thankyou..Update sad news it looks like this company has gone through the hoop .I looked at the company house website and it would appear the have gone into voluntary liquidation.Its sad news they were a great company.And I am struggling to find a replacement

We needed an urgent visit to an elderly relative's home as her ceiling lights (including the stairs to bedrooms) were not working. Clint kindly fitted us in at 6.15 pm after a full working day last Friday. He stayed until almost 8.00 pm, not leaving until the problem was fixed. Howard and Davis visted our property for a job we needed doing in the summer house, very polite friendly guy. Highly recommend 5* even complimented my style in decor which we recently done in our downstairs loo, which made me feel good.
