Business Electrical changed our entire lighting system in our office to LED. The whole process was smooth and efficient. The team were friendly and polite and caused very little disruption or mess. The work was carried out in the time specified. The job was reasonable priced and no nasty surprises in the final bill, in fact they made a deduction due to certain work previously quoted for but in the end not required. Diccon, Edgar, Paul and Stephen from Business Electrical are not only friendly, helpful and approachable, but also professional, together and pro-active when it comes to electrical work. Stephen came round to quote and was very knowledgeable when it came to quoting and inspecting for an interconnected fire alarm system, while Paul carried out and EICR report and flagged that I needed to upgrade the fuse board for a safer system. This led to Diccon and Edgar's visit. Over two days they changed the board, installed interconnected smoke / heat alarms and PAT tested various appliances and extension cables in the house. Not only were they thorough and professional, but I really enjoyed chatting with them and they were keen to school me a bit on how electrics work and the kind of things I should be looking out for to keep improving the electrics in my home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and look forward to working with them again.
