I have known Tony for over 25 years aswell as Andy and I can honestly say with hand on heart that I am lucky to have S R Electrical in my contacts. The work that has been carried out in our homes over the years has been second to none. Not only has the work been clean and tidy but overall safe.. S R Electrical have always listened to what I have asked and have gone on to fulfill there commitment 100 percent. Great work always... The attitude on this "tradesperson" was apalling. My Mother had to cancel her appointment with him due to having Covid in the house - he was extremely rude to both my Mother and myself over this, accused us of not being truthful about it and was and extremely confrontational. I note that this person has all poor reviews - this does not surprise me, due to his disgraceful attitude and lack of interpersonal skills. Having googled this individual, he doesnt have a single good review - and all of the reviews mention his lack of professionalism, to which I totally attest. Please dont make contact with this rude, vile individual - find a different electrician....one who is able to communicate politely and whose attitude is conducive to a positive relationship with the homeowner.
