As far as i can tell the actual wiring was done well but there were some problems with the preparatory work. 2 floorboards were snapped and some of the chases backboxes and conduits had to be corrected later.

Totally recommend Mark /Earthtech. We moved into an old house needing a lot of work, he helped us figure out what to prioritise (and what could wait), gave quotes with a clear breakdown for each job and a realistic timeframe then completed everything slightly under budget. Especially happy with the lighting and the integrated fire alarm. We are very pleased with the electrical work carried out by Mark Gundry in our flat. The flat was built in the early 1970s and still had the original wiring and fusebox, so would not qualify for an electrical certificate. Mark replaced the consumer unit with a modern fusebox that incorporated an off-peak timer for the heating circuits. He thoroughly tested all the circuits and replaced that for the electric shower which was faulty. Other sockets and lighting circuits were updated to comply with up-to-date standards, but he found that complete re-wiring of the flat was not necessary. He was very careful to cause minimum disruption in the flat which had been recently decorated throughout. We can recommend him for electrical work without hesitation.
