        Originally order sunsynk inverter and battery with them online. Website offered me a discount code which obviously I took advantage of thinking was a saving. Order went through and the next day had an email to say i couldnt use the discount. I was a little bit annoyed as to be offered a discount then it taken away was abit of a false advertisement. So i paid the extra 310 thinking they were a good company. Their webiste ads on google states " in stock " hence why i ordered with them. Once i ordered it was changed to 14days. NO PROBLEM I CAN HANG OM FOR 14 DAYS. Once 14 days were up i phoned to see what was the delays to be told that only 20% of their orders could be fulfilled. At this point i asked for my money back. I receeived my 310 back straight away through paypal but the remaining 2750 took 2 weeks. I would not use them ever again due to false advertising and poor refund policy
