Good customer service! I didnt need to wait too long for my appointment! However, I reminded for couple times to receive the certificate. Maybe, he is too busy for the business so I can understand for this distraction.

Absolutely shocking service Keep getting promised the certificate but never delivers when he says. Was bad enough getting charged 40 for 2 items but as it was urgent I didnt question it. Wanted to give the work to a small local business but looks like il be going back to the bigger more organised companys from now on. Never turns up on argeed dates and is very slow at getting back to you if you want a certificate. Avoid if you dont like getting messed about.
