Excellent service, saved me from having to purchase a new suit as mine was badly stained. My suit is now looking brand new. Popped in a day early on the off chance my suit would be ready and it was on the rack waiting for me. Absolute miracle workers

The shop left someone who is a trainee and struggles with English to answer customer queries. When I asked if there was anyone else available they hung up. On the second phone call, I established that she was there alone, despite only being there a few weeks. I took another 10 minutes to establish that there is only someone available to answer my query until 14.00 tomorrow, not 17.00 as she repeatedly said. It also took several attempts for to understand that I could not call in the AM. This is incredibly irresponsible of management to leave a trainee in this position. It is also incredibly unfair to the new employee, especially considering that they are still learning to become more fluent in english. I hope they are giving her a bonus for putting her through this!

I never used to use dry cleaners before, utilised my washing machine at home but then decided to try one. Since trying Geeves over a year ago, I've been stuck with them! Their attentiveness, customer service and value for money makes it worthwhile for me to get my dry cleaning done here. I can be a last minute customer sometimes and they provide a quick turn around for me with confidence. Thank you for the services you provide and the efficiency. Would recommend to all my friends and family.
