        Lovely, helpful and knowledgeable staff. If you need to have a garment altered, they will do the measuring for you and are very careful and accurate. They are reliable and quick. The hem of my newly shortened trousers came down while I was at a wedding - it probably got caught on something and I certainly didn't think it was the tailor's fault! When I asked if they could possibly do a rapid repair, the tailor did it then and there, and wouldn't to take any money for it. The staff at Geeves really go the extra mile! Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

        DISGUSTING!!! I paid 50 to have my Canada Goose coat dry cleaned for my skiing holiday the day before I flew. I go in to collect and they tell me the buttons have melted and ruined my white coat. Not only do I have no coat for my trip they wouldnt refund me anything towards my ruined coat or even give me the money back for the dry cleaning! The lady who owns the company, Sarah, then took her unhelpful and defensive behaviour to a new level by threatening ME with with a fee for taking up her time! I will not only NEVER use this over rated service again I will make sure to tell my employees and customers not to use it either. I own my own retail businesses and the least I would have done was refunded the dry cleaning charge! Totally dated and unprofessional! Stuffy Clifton business that needs to get with the programme.

        Absolute life saver - zip came fully off a dress 1hr before a wedding so rushed in and the gentleman was able to fix in 10mins. Thank you for saving the day!
