        Not sure what kind of cleaning they did, but it took 3 rounds and stains from a linen jacket havent come out. After the first try they havent even realised all the stains were still there and I had to bring the item back. After the second try they felt they may be able to clean it still. The stains were simple dirt on two areas. Theyve also refused to refund even just a part of the cleaning fee, especially considering it took several weeks and the jacket is still unwearable. The refund was refused in a rude manner.
