ZEN Windows and Conservatories

Having received quotes from several window fitters we decided on Zen due to their excellent reviews. We were not disappointed. Excellent service and communication, and friendly and approachable staff. We had a small issue with one of the glass panes supplied, which Zen fixed without any question - excellent customer service!

Zen fitted our windows in February 2021, they were great. Polite, professional and had great communication from start to finish. The price was very competitive for good quality. They arrived when they said they would and completed on time, leaving the place tidy when finished. But the real plus was in the support after the installation. We only had a small issue with one of the windows not opening. But when the manufacturer was going to make us wait for 5 weeks for the repair, Paul came quickly and was able to identify and sort the issue within 1 hour. I highly recommend Zen windows, they are very easy to work with and, as I have found, very reliable and trustworthy.

Fantastic service and great price. Really lovely people, did an excellent job replacing my window pane, left everything very tidy and clean. Took covid precautions so felt completely safe. And after getting various quotes was definitely the best price for the service offered (old pain taken away with them as well). Will definitely use them again.

Excellent double glazing on our five windows. We even asked for one of the windows to be adjusted after installation, which they did with no eye-rolling and no additional expense. Very good value, Paul and Colin were friendly and efficient. I'd absolutely recommend Zen.

As usual exceptional service! Its my second time using Zen windows services and once again I am not disappointed! Paul is incredibly efficient, timely, polite and tidy on the job. I will always recommend this company.
