Phone line is dreadful . Been trying to get through since 8:30 , and every time it would say user busy . Kept trying until 9:30 when I finally got thru their automated message came thru about calling back tomorrow at 8:30 !! It should not be this difficult to get thru to talk to a doctor .

Very poor GP practice. Avoid at all costs. They failed to diagnose my husband. Ignored his persistent symptoms which led to the development of a severe disease.

Spoke with Dan the musculoskeletal specialist today, 2nd time Ive had an interaction with him. Found him once again to be rude and abrupt. Last year dismissed everything I said and told me I must have rolled my ankle...I didnt roll it at all, paid for physio only for the physio to tell me I needed a scan. So ended up back at the practice, saw a different person and referred further. Why he couldnt just listen is beyond me. This time a suspected ACL tear and he then said I couldnt be sure it was a tear without a scan, even though a Dr in Austria already suspected an acl tear from physical examination. He dismissed this again, with out seeing me. Avoid this practice if you require a physio.

I am calling them from wednesday now it's monday again to book an appointment they always ask me to call at 8.30 am or 2 pm. There is no chance to get an appointment here. It is not nice if you do this to your patients....
