worst company if you have to contact customer services. almost impossible to speak with anyone. just automatic replies to email enquiries with no response for days. Currently Edgecume is misleading to sign to their new website which is useless so dont get signed to it even though they lure you into it by giving discount. stay clear, disgusting company and experience.

Terrible experience, forms don't work properly, technical glitch. Customer service agree to help but then do not follow through, patient feedback summary not released when they said it would, required several phonecalls to chase. Chose a different company.
