I waited for approx 5 mins at the line, without any acknowledgement from the receptionist what so ever. Whilst she was typing.
Well obviously as she didnt even look up to say shed be with me when she done, I moved over to be in front of her. Still no acknowledgement. She then called another patient over whom I assume shed been helping. Didnt acknowledge me, just looked around me, to speak to him.
When I then asked for the NHS numbers, she looked at me like she wanted to kill me. She was abrupt and clearly not wanting to help me.
EVERYBODY is under a lot of stress these days. We dont know peoples individual situations but if you work with the public, you have to be able to not put your hate for your job etc onto them.
Your own struggles is no excuse for being so incredibly rude to your public.

Oldland residents have ended up with a poor deal following the merger with Hanham Health and service has slowly gone downhill over the years.
Perhaps if the proposed development of the Chief Trading Post site happens, the advertised new Surgery will provide Oldland and Bitton patients a better community Surgery, one that many other areas receive and benefit from.
TO THE MANAGER...PLEASE NOTE THE POOR REVIEWS AND DO NOT TRY HIDE BEHIND THE COVID PANDEMIC AS AN EXCUSE...TIME TO IMPROVE THINGS.
Will things improve? I think I have more chance of laying a golden egg...and I'll have great difficulty to make an appointment to discuss and explain that!
