Nightingale Valley Practice

Legitimately the best practice I have ever belonged to. I have been seen for a variety of ailments over the years and have consistently felt listened to, and that my welfare is taken seriously. On more than one occasion the female GPs have gone above and beyond to help me. So very grateful.

Not had any problems with Nightingale Valley Practice, doctors always happy to help and find a solution. Havent had many dealings with the reception so cant comment on this. Appointments usually happen on time.

Feel I have to redress the balance a bit. While it can take a little time to get an appointment, every time I've needed to see someone urgently (because one of my children has been ill) they have accommodated it almost immediately. Today my I called at 8:40, was seen by 11:40 and was diagnosed and prescribed treatment. Staff were courteous, professional and friendly. Given how stretched their funding must be, it's a marvel they're as positive and accommodating as they are. Keep up the good work guys, you're quite literally lifesavers.

I am a new patient since yesterday. I don't know about GP and other receptionists but I was served by Abbyleigh Tovey and I must praise the professional customer service. My situation was difficult according to the system but Abbyleigh handled it perfectly at express pace. She understood my situation and showed a lot of heart. Thank you beautifully Abbyleigh. I read bad reviews of other receptionists, so my good advice: learn and follow Abbyleigh's professional customer service example. Kind regards Alicia A
