I'm so fortunate to be part of this amazing group. No problem getting appointments, diabetes care is very good, great doctors and nurses.

With any doctors surgery you will get a mix of pleasant and not so. I found Dr Lunts is incredibly helpful, empathetic and understanding. She has a genuine passion for one care. The practice itself is good. But some clinicians need to remember the guidelines of treating patients with respect and dignity like the paramedic on call I spoke with.

Always been waiting for at least an hour to get through the phone to speak to someone to make an appointment, its impossible for working people. Although it got through the staff would tell you nothing available in all their surgeries til in two days. Once I phoned to ask for a blood test the staff told me I do not need to see the GP just pop in to do it. When I took time off from work to the surgery the lady who took my blood asked what kind of blood test I need I said I didnt know, she said I should see the GP first before I have any blood taken. Even she told me the phone staff shouldnt make any decisions for me without the GPs advice.
