Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other negative reviews on here. This surgery has not supported me at all with my health issues. They've also gone ahead and made serious decisions and changes behind my back, without telling me. This left me without vital medication, which caused further help issues. I wrote to the manager months ago, and he has ignored me. It's very poor practice, which fails to safeguard vulnerable people.

Appalling service from start to finish when you're dealing with an automated machine. Checking up on my repeat prescription as I hadn't received anything to confirm that it was in I was led down the avenue where I had to push #2 on my keypad.I was informed that they were busy and abruptly cut off! Ringing two more times after, the same occurred both times! Consequently I was forced to drive there!
