Don't know why they have a 2.8! We moved from armada as they were so bad I can't put it in to writing! The receptionists are lovely, can get an appointment no trouble at all. Fitted me in same day. The doctors I have seen have been brilliant as well! Nothing is too much trouble and are keen to help! Would now not go anywhere else. Thank you. :)

Useless! Been trying for over a week to get a prescription to be told Ive been booked with the wrong person, given false information and cancelling my appointment last minute

Thanks to my address I was able to move from the infamous Bridge View Medical to Crest Family Practice. I cried from happiness when it turned out I will have my own GP and that my GP wants me to come in to meet them. It's such an incredible feeling when you call your surgery and you get straight to reception without being placed on hold and being 40th in the queue, just to be disconnected at some point and having to call again. And if you eventually get through to someone, the next available appointment will be some two weeks ahead. Most likely a telephone appointment. Even if you are calling because of skin problems. I am just so happy to be treated so well and to see staff being treated so well and not being overworked and having to deal with chaos of workplaces as Bridge View Medical.
