Disgrace Centre - Staff fails to assist and "Doctor" denied to see me when I was seriesly ill with lung infection. Recommended for me lots of drinking and paracetamol :( I could have died if it's up to them. Shameful.

I STRESS TO EVERYONE DO NOT USE THIS SURGERY! THEY ARE A DANGER TO THE PUBLIC,THEY ARE ALWAYS ENGAGED WHEN YOU CALL FOR APPOINTMENTS AND WHEN YOU EVENTUALLY GET ONE YOU HAVE TO WAIT 2 WEEKS,THEY ALSO LIE,I ASKED THEM TO EMAIL A SICKNOTE TO A BUSINESS AND THEY BLATANTLY SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE AND I FRONT OF THEM I FOUND IT ONLINE IN SECONDS. PLEASE DONT USE THEM

Ive been in the phone for 2 hours trying to cancel and asking to speak to the dr why does it take so long on the phone should also be a separate number to cancel appointment

I received a call yesterday late afternoon from one of the doctors informing me of my blood test results, they told me I would need to book an appointment the next day (today) urgently. I have now been in the queue and on hold for over 3 hours 30 minutes and counting.. I am absolutely appalled. To be told I need to see someone urgently yet the phones are clearly not being answered. Id like to add the doctors and nurses here are lovely and always so helpful. Shame the reception is so awful.
